I had the good fortune of studying Arabic at the American University in Cairo, where I first became interested in ancient Egypt. I have visited most of the accessible ancient sites in Egypt, as well as close to a dozen world-class museums around the globe. After all this time, every time I visit a new museum, or even one I have been to before, I see new things and get new insights.
I like to make hard things easy, first for myself, then to share with others.
